Aruba, One Happy Place!
My husband and I recently traveled to Aruba to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We chose Aruba because we wanted to go to the Caribbean but, traveling during hurricane season, we didn't want to worry about getting stuck in the path of a storm. The island sits just 15 miles north of Venezuela, south of the hurricane paths, and enjoys gorgeous weather year round. Of course, what we discovered is that Aruba offers far more than good geography.

A World War Anniversary Tour in France
Sightseeing war memorials and other sites of mass carnage are always moving experiences, but never more so than in a milestone anniversary year as 2009 is. This year marks the 65th anniversary of the invasion of Normandy on D-Day during World War II and the 90th anniversary of the end of World War I. What better time to go, learn and pay respect to the multitudes of brave soldiers who fought and lost their lives in pursuit of nothing less than world freedom?

Customer Service Opportunity Missed
Last month I must have qualified for the "Frequent Flyer of the Month" Award. I flew over twenty segments (separate flights) on business. When I mention this to friends and associates, their response is always, "It must be exhausting to work like that."
