Quick and Easy Pumpkin Cake
1 pkg. yellow cake mix w/pudding
1 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 c. Egg Beaters/Egg Whites
1/2 cup water
1/4 c. nonfat sour cream
1 TBS ground cinna.
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
3/4 tsp. ginger
Reddi-whip
Bake in 13x9 pan at 350.
Mix well.
Bake for 40 minutes, Cool, Cut into 12 squares and top with reddi-whip.
